What are the cultural differences between Chile and Argentina?

Argentina is mostly white, Chile has Indians, and the main race is mixed-race Indo-European.

Argentina used to have a relatively rich economy, and their country had a warm current from Brazil, so it had abundant rainfall and vast grassland, and it was rich in beef and mutton. When they are rich, they look down on Chileans, which is what Chileans told me, just as Japanese look down on China.
