When Zhou Dexing went to Fujian to resist pirates in the summer of Jiangxia, Fuzhou Youwei commanded Li Yi to ask for bribes at the sea beach, so he deceived his boss on the grounds that "the sea beach is far from the county seat, and it is a journey from Little Ryukyu" and ordered the island residents to move to the mainland. However, although residents' taxes still exist, Yang Lin, a villager in front of the mountain gate, asked to be exempted from fake taxes, but he was imprisoned for 18 years, and was not released until the first year of Xuande (1426), and the fake taxes of Fujian, Zhejiang and Guangdong immigrants were exempted.
