Are there many Hakkas in Quanzhou?

Not much. Quanzhou has more than 500,000 Hakkas, but it is not an area where pure Hakkas live, mainly because there are more migrant workers. Hakka is a Han nationality whose mother tongue is Hakka. It is an important part of local residents in China, Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, China and Taiwan Province provinces, and it is an ancient Han immigrant group in the south.
