Minnan and Taiwan Province Province have the same roots, and there is such a museum that carries our memories.

Quanzhou Fujian-Taiwan Border Museum and Minnan Culture Fujian-Taiwan Border Museum, which share the same roots, are national-level thematic museums that reflect the historical relationship between Chinese mainland and Bao Dao-Taiwan, and are very worth visiting.

The whole building adopts the design concept of "the sky is round and the place is round". What I like best is the beautiful reflection reflected by the Kowloon column in the landscape square in the reflection pool. The Kowloon Column symbolizes that compatriots on both sides of the strait are descendants of dragons, and the water in the reflection pool keeps flowing from the inside out, symbolizing that cross-strait relations have a long history.

The lobby of the museum is magnificent, and the biggest highlight is a mural composed of a big banyan tree and its roots, which symbolizes that compatriots on both sides of the strait have the same roots, the same language and the same species.

The whole museum has four floors, and the core exhibition area is the basic exhibition "Edge of Fujian and Taiwan" on the second floor and the special exhibition "Local Fujian and Taiwan" on the third floor.

There are not many tourists in the museum, and the whole exhibition experience is very good. After reading it, you will have a comprehensive understanding of Minnan culture. Don't miss coming to Quanzhou!

There is a folk handicraft exhibition on the first floor.

The boutique exhibition is located in the temporary exhibition hall on the west side of the first floor. The exhibition focuses on the descriptive architecture of past dynasties and the exquisite handicrafts created by Ding Yi art circles in Taiwan Province Province, and shows the grand occasion of folk cultural exchange activities between Fujian and Taiwan. Also on-site production shows for visitors to participate in the interaction.

The exhibits are provided by members of Quanzhou Folk Ding Yi Artists Association. The exhibits include Hui 'an stone carving, Hui 'an wood carving, Quanzhou wooden furniture, Quanzhou embroidery, Dehua porcelain, Yongchun lacquer basket, Quanzhou bodiless crafts, God helmet, Quanzhou lanterns, bamboo weaving techniques, bronze utensils and so on. Taiwan Province's arts and crafts products include Jinmen pottery, glazed pottery, toe pottery, puppet, religion, wood carving, stone carving, glazed pottery and so on. There are also folk religious exhibits in Fujian and Taiwan, such as heads of gods, helmets, battle arrays, bronzes, embroidered wars, sedan chairs, martial chairs and statues. And props for various religious celebrations.
