How to calculate the extra points for Australian immigrants?

Details of specific changes:

0 1. There will be no professional distinction, and all occupations in SOL are treated equally.

02. The passing score is 65 points.

03. In terms of age, 25-32 will get 30 points. People aged 45-49 are allowed to apply, but there is no age bonus.

04. IELTS 6 won't get extra points, four sevens 10 and four eights 20.

05. Pay attention to the requirements of work experience. Relatively speaking, Australia's work experience is more valuable.

06. Australian and overseas academic qualifications are treated equally, and you will get 5 points after completing 2 years of study in Australia.

09. The state government guarantee is changed to 5 points.

10. The minimum guarantee score in remote areas is increased to 10.

The new scoring system for skilled migrants will be implemented from July 20th 11to July1. It will be a supplement to a series of immigration reforms announced by the Australian government since February 20 10.

The score will no longer be based on the applicant's occupation, but the occupation nominated by the applicant must be on the vocational and technical list.

Importantly, the new scoring system is only suitable for a certain part of skilled immigrants. This change will not affect all kinds of skilled immigrants, only applicable to the following visa categories:

885 (general skilled immigrants)

886 (Domestic Sponsored Skilled Migrants)

175 (overseas ordinary skilled immigrants)

176 (overseas sponsored skilled migration)

487 (subsidizing skilled immigrants in remote areas of China)

475 (Subsidizing Skilled Migrants in Remote Overseas Areas)

The new grading policy will be implemented from July 20th 11,1,except that some specific applicants have transitional arrangements.

Transitional arrangements refer to those who apply for or hold temporary visas on February 8, 20 10 (visa category 485). As of 20 12, such applicants can also apply the scoring system that came into effect on February 8, 20/kloc-0.

On July 20 1 1 student visa holders who applied for the new scoring system for skilled immigrants will be included in the newly announced scoring system for evaluation, and the transitional arrangements will still apply to those students affected by the scoring policy announced on February 8, 20/kloc-0. Applicants with a valid student visa on February 8, 20 10 should submit a 485 visa before the end of 20 12, and implement the policy on February 8, 20/KLOC-0.

Guaranteed by relatives in remote areas or state government: 10.

Studying in remote areas of Australia: 5 points
