3. Resume the issuance of port visas, resume the implementation of the 24/72/ 144-hour transit visa-free policy, and issue temporary entry permits according to law.

4. Resume the issuance of entry and exit permits for People's Republic of China (PRC) and border areas.

5. Gradually resume the customs clearance of passengers at land ports, orderly resume the entry and exit of passengers and border residents at land ports and border ports, resume the opening of border ports in accordance with relevant regulations, and carry out entry-exit frontier inspection according to law.

6. Restore the fast-track border inspection adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao ports. Eligible entry-exit personnel holding mainland residents' passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao and Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland can pass the fast-track border inspection.
