Extended data:

In the history of China, there are only a handful of regimes established by ethnic minorities in the Central Plains, and most of them are short-lived, so are the regimes in the Yuan Dynasty.

Due to the deepening of the contradiction between the ruling class of Yuan Dynasty and the ruled class of Han nationality, the uprisings of Han people occurred one after another everywhere, the most influential of which was Liu Futong's Northern Expedition.

Liu Futong was born in a wealthy family. He is brave and enterprising. When he saw people in dire straits, he was determined to make a difference. As a result, he tossed and turned, joined the White Lotus Sect, and even became the head of the White Lotus Sect, from which he met many people with comrades, including his best comrade-in-arms, Han, who went to the Northern Expedition with Han.

Liu Futong's Northern Expedition was carried out by three armies. From 1537, it was not easy for him to lead the Red Scarf Army to the land of Korea today.

Although Liu Futong's army encountered difficulties on the way to the Northern Expedition, they all persisted with tenacious perseverance. During the Northern Expedition, he also established the Great Song Dynasty, a court that was not officially recognized. In the tortuous Northern Expedition, due to serious logistical mistakes, the soldiers in the south did not adapt to the cold climate in the north, and under the attack of the Yuan Army, the Northern Expedition was finally captured and failed.

Although Liu Futong's Northern Expedition failed, their ten-year expedition also dealt a heavy blow to the rule of the Yuan Dynasty and accelerated its demise in the Central Plains.

Liu Futong, the self-appointed Prime Minister of the Dragon and Phoenix Club, has a very tough personality. He is not afraid of any failure, and has been struggling almost all his life. He led the Red Scarf Army to fight for decades, and he also made great contributions to the establishment of the Ming Dynasty. It is said that Liu Futong finally died at the hands of Zhu Yuanzhang, ending his short and extraordinary life.
