Job Recruitment Website - Immigration policy - Canadian green card conditions
Canadian green card conditions
1. The applicant or spouse is employed by a Canadian company.
If the applicant or spouse is employed by a Canadian company, they can apply for a Canadian green card. But this method may be fraudulent, so the immigration officer's examination will be very strict. The materials to be submitted include business license, accounting statements, labor contracts signed with employees, payroll, income tax forms, etc. If it is necessary to be sent abroad, it is also necessary to explain the reasons for the company's work abroad.
2. The spouse is a Canadian citizen.
When one spouse (such as a wife) has lived in Canada for four years and obtained Canadian citizenship after a cumulative period of three years, and the other spouse (such as a husband) is a permanent resident of Canada, he can travel overseas from Canada with the citizen-added spouse and be exempted from living in Canada.
3. Apply for family reunion and obtain Canadian immigration status.
If a permanent resident of Canada cannot meet the above two conditions, that is, he is not an overseas employee of Canada and his spouse is not a Canadian citizen, he can do so in the following two ways:
1. The applicant's spouse holds valid Canadian permanent resident status and obtains immigration status through spouse guarantee.
2. The applicant 18-year-old children live in Canada and earn income from work, and obtain immigration status through child sponsorship.
Canadian green card application method
1. First, contact the Canadian immigration agency and communicate with the staff to confirm that they are eligible to immigrate to Canada.
2. After signing the power of attorney and confirming the application plan, the staff will assist in preparing various relevant documents.
3. Handling required notarization, auditing and evaluation. Prepare the application fee and submit the application to the Immigration Bureau.
4. The Immigration Bureau will issue a file number to confirm the receipt of the applicant's information, then issue a material review letter to further supplement the information needed for review, and then issue an interview notice.
5. If an agency is hired, one-on-one interview training will be arranged to prepare interview materials. After the interview is passed, the Immigration Bureau will issue CSQ, conduct background check and arrange physical examination, and the federal government will issue immigrant visa to get a green card.
