1. The applicant or spouse is employed by a Canadian company.

If the applicant or spouse is employed by a Canadian company, they can apply for a Canadian green card. 2. The spouse is a Canadian citizen.

When one spouse (such as a wife) has lived in Canada for four years and obtained Canadian citizenship after a cumulative period of three years, and the other spouse (such as a husband) is a permanent resident of Canada, he can travel overseas from Canada with the citizen-added spouse and be exempted from living in Canada.

3. Apply for family reunion and obtain Canadian immigration status.
