Applying for passports, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan visas, and non-local household registration cannot be done in Huizhou, but must be done at the entry-exit reception hall of the county-level public security bureau where the household registration is located. The specific provisions are:
Article 4 Citizens who apply for an ordinary passport shall submit the application in person to the exit and entry administration agency of the public security organ of the local people’s government at or above the county level where their household registration is located, and submit the following true and valid materials:
p>(1) A recent bare-headed photo and the completed "Application Form for Chinese Citizens Going Abroad (Border) for Private Purposes" (hereinafter referred to as the application form).
(2) Resident ID card, household registration booklet and their copies; during the period of collecting, renewing or replacing the resident ID card, you can submit your temporary resident ID card, household registration booklet and their copies.
(3) Citizens under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their guardian and submit the guardian’s consent for leaving the country, the guardian’s resident ID card or household registration book, passport and a copy.
