Students who are in their second or third year of high school in China need to take college preparatory courses. University preparatory courses are generally one-year, and the proportion of preparatory courses going to university is quite high. The preparatory courses start in January, April, July and October every year. Since January and July are standard classes and April and October are fast classes, it is best for most students to choose standard classes.

Undergraduate and postgraduate courses generally start in February/March and July every year, but there are a few courses that only start in February/March every year, or at special start times, such as early childhood education, MPA and other courses. Applicants must submit applications to national universities at least six months in advance.

After applying to the school, most of the offers we receive are conditional offers, which usually arrive in 4-6 weeks. They are only based on the students’ usual study status, test scores, and personal soft skills.
