As the name implies, political review is a review of political outlook, and it is a review procedure that recruitment agencies must perform before joining the civil service and administrative institutions. The political review mainly examines my ideological and moral character, work style, and the political outlook of myself and my immediate or collateral relatives. The political examination needs different standards according to the nature of the post and the establishment. Generally speaking, civil servants are stricter than public institutions, political and legal organs are stricter than other units, and confidential positions are stricter than other positions.

Among them, in addition to violating some major principled bottom line requirements, such as political discipline, civil servants' political review requirements, etc., I and my immediate family members have a major criminal record, or my immediate family members or collateral relatives who have important influence on them have been sentenced to death or are serving sentences, and they will all be judged as unqualified in political review and will not be employed.

Article 18 of the Regulations on the Employment of Civil Servants shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having China nationality; (two) at least eighteen years of age and under thirty-five years of age; (3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system; (4) Having good political quality and moral conduct; (5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally; (six) have the ability to meet the requirements of the post; (7) Having a college degree or above; (eight) the qualifications required by the competent department of civil servants at or above the provincial level; (nine) other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

Have the nationality of China people. 1. Foreign students can apply for the exam after their academic qualifications are approved by the Ministry of Education. 2. Some provinces and cities will have household registration requirements. 3. If the immediate family members emigrate abroad, the political review will be affected.

18 to 35 years old. 1. The date of birth on the ID card shall prevail. 2. As long as you meet the age requirements at the time of registration. 3. Some provinces and cities can relax their conditions according to their own conditions, subject to the recruitment announcement.

Political quality and moral conduct. 1. Political quality is reflected in political stance, political views, political beliefs and so on. Those who support Hong Kong independence, Taiwan independence or make reactionary remarks and are registered by the public security organs shall not be employed. 2. "Several Guidelines on Political Life within the Party under the New Situation" clearly stipulates that party member shall not believe in religion. Although there is no clear requirement for civil servants' political review, it will definitely have an impact. 3. Moral conduct, such as whoring, fighting, gambling, theft and other illegal acts. Or there is sufficient evidence to prove that the candidate's character is particularly poor, and political review is basically impossible.

Physical condition and psychological quality. Judging mainly by physical examination, the physical examination standard is based on the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) issued by the National Civil Service Bureau, and there will be differences among provinces and departments, so I won't introduce it here.

College degree or above. 1. Full time is not required. 2. Some provinces and cities can adjust up and down according to the actual situation. 3. The majors and degrees studied must be consistent with the recruitment conditions. 4. Focus on reviewing student status files and strictly investigate acts such as impersonation, college entrance examination immigration, and academic fraud.
