1, application conditions

The inquiry of personal entry and exit records is limited to China citizens (including Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province residents). I apply for entry and exit records from 2007. The application for inquiring entry and exit records before 2007 shall be submitted to the Exit and Entry Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security for handling step by step.

Entry-exit record inquiry application form, entry-exit certificate, resident ID card, guardianship relationship materials, client's resident ID card and power of attorney.

3. The basis of treatment

Article 7 of the Work Regulations of Public Security Organs on Inquiring Entry-Exit Records (Guo Jian [2011] No.3224): Frontier inspection stations and exit-entry administrative departments of public security organs at or above the prefecture (city) level are responsible for accepting applications from China citizens (including residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan provinces) to inquire about their entry-exit records in recent five years.

Materials required for entry and exit:

1. Entry-exit record inquiry application form;

2. Original valid entry-exit certificate or resident ID card and submit a copy. /kloc-citizens under the age of 0/6 can submit household registration books;

3. In case of special circumstances, citizens can not handle the inquiry of entry and exit records in person, and may entrust others to handle it on their behalf. In addition to the above materials, the original and photocopy of the client's resident identity card and the original power of attorney signed by both the applicant and the client must be submitted;

4./kloc-citizens under the age of 0/6 can apply for entry and exit records accompanied by guardians, or they can be handled by legal guardians. In addition to the application materials in 1 and 2, the identity certificate of the legal guardian and the materials that can prove the guardianship relationship must be submitted.
