Can I immigrate to France if I buy a house?

Requirements: create or maintain no less than 50 jobs or invest no less than 6,543,800,000 euros (in some parts of France, the amount of investment and the number of employees can be reduced, with a minimum investment of 300,000 euros; Or create or maintain two jobs).
