Do immigrants need a paternity test?

Paternity test should be done in the following situations.

1. One parent of the child is in China, and the other parent is of a nationality other than China. The child was born in China, and now the child's household registration relationship needs to be transferred abroad;

2. Children whose parents are of foreign nationality but have children in China, the children will settle abroad with their parents;

3. Foreign nationals have immediate family members in China who need to settle abroad;

4. China nationals emigrate and their children emigrate with them;

5. Other circumstances that require paternity testing of immigrants.
