I. Migration of relatives

According to the provisions of the Immigration Law of Thailand, China citizens who meet one of the following conditions can apply for immigration and settlement in Thailand: their spouses or parents (including adoptive parents) are Thai citizens, unmarried children (including adopted children) under the age of 20 are Thai citizens, brothers and sisters are Thai citizens, and other special circumstances stipulated in the Immigration Law of Thailand.

Those who meet the above conditions may entrust their relatives and friends living in Thailand to apply to the Immigration Bureau of Thailand; Or the applicant holds relevant documents and applies to the Thai Embassy in China.

The documents to be submitted for the application include: photocopies of ID cards of relatives and friends in Thailand, proof of economic income or property status of relatives and friends in Thailand, especially proof of real estate such as houses, letters from relatives and friends in Thailand and the applicant, my passport and photos.

After receiving the application and related materials, the Consular Section of the Thai Embassy in China will report the application to the Immigration Bureau of Thailand for review and confirmation. After verification, officials of the Thai Embassy in China will issue immigrant visas to the applicants, who can settle in Thailand with the immigrant visas.

Second, marriage immigration.

Foreigners married to Thai nationals can apply for permanent residence. It is difficult for foreign men to get married with Thai women, but it is relatively easy for foreign women to get married with Thai men. According to the Thai Nationality Law, a child born in Thailand with one Thai parent can acquire Thai nationality.

Matters needing attention when entering Thailand:

When entering or leaving the country, passengers should truthfully fill in the health and immunity physical examination card and measure their body temperature according to the requirements of airport staff. China passengers do not need to show international vaccination certificates.

If you carry the following items, you should truthfully declare them to the customs and take the red channel: the number of articles for your own use is unreasonable, and you carry articles with a total value of more than 20,000 baht or commercial articles; Buddha statues, cultural relics, religious artworks, plants, living animals, pets, animal products, weapons, munitions, etc. It is an article that should obtain an export license from the Thai authorities before leaving the country.

It is forbidden to bring or take out the following items in Thailand: narcotics, drugs, pornographic materials and books, counterfeit money, counterfeit and pirated goods and protected animals. Thai law stipulates that carrying or smuggling drugs can be sentenced to death. Do not carry articles or luggage for others to prevent drugs or other contraband from breaking the law.
