Entry-exit administration law

The Exit and Entry Administration Law is an important law in People's Republic of China (PRC), which is called the Exit and Entry Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Two. China citizens' entry and exit management

1, exit

(1) Going abroad for personal reasons: China citizens who go abroad for personal reasons, such as settling down, visiting relatives and friends, inheriting property, studying abroad, obtaining employment, traveling, etc. , you need to apply to the city or county public security organ where your household registration is located, and submit relevant certification materials as required.

(2) Going abroad on business: If a citizen of China leaves the country on business, the dispatching department shall apply to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its authorized local foreign affairs department for an exit certificate.

(3) Seafarers leaving the country: When seafarers leave the country on business, the harbour superintendency administration or its authorized agencies shall handle the exit documents.

China citizens entering the country shall pass through ports open to the outside world or designated ports and be subject to inspection by frontier inspection organs.

3. Alien entry and exit management

(1) Visa: Foreigners must go through the corresponding visa procedures in accordance with the laws and regulations of China.

(2) Entry inspection: All foreigners who enter the country are inspected at border crossings.

The situation of not approving exit

According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration, China citizens are not allowed to leave the country under the following circumstances:

1. Failing to hold valid exit and entry certificates or refusing or evading border inspection.

2. The sentenced punishment has not been completed or belongs to the defendant or criminal suspect in a criminal case.

3. The people's court decides not to leave the country because of unresolved civil cases.

4. Being subject to criminal punishment for obstructing the administration of the national (border) territory or being repatriated by other countries or regions for illegal exit, illegal residence or illegal employment, and failing to meet the prescribed time limit.

6. Other circumstances under which exit from the country is prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
