Resettlement houses can be transferred. First apply for the real estate license of resettlement house, and then apply for transfer. The condition for applying for real estate license is that the property has lived for 5 years. After handling the real estate license, you can handle the transfer according to the normal process. The transfer procedure is not complicated, as long as both parties have the original and photocopy of their ID cards, household registration books, marriage certificates, tax payment vouchers, contracts and real estate licenses, they can transfer.
