But I found a problem, that is, many students or colleagues who posted on the Internet only talked about the results, but did not make clear the causal logic behind them. For example, why do people who come back from abroad have a relative advantage in finding jobs? What are the advantages? Going abroad can broaden people's horizons, but what is the significance of broadening our horizons for our development and future life choices, and how to reflect it? There is less talk about this. I tried to analyze it today. I think it's a good idea.

Let me answer this question directly first. Why go abroad?

From the perspective of expanding horizons, let's start with a perceptual personal interpretation. As a literary youth, I am a staunch advocate of the theory of life experience. Secondly, rationally speaking, going abroad will really increase your employment competitiveness. This is an indisputable objective fact. As a person who has worked in a large enterprise and has been responsible for recruitment, entrepreneurship and team building experience, I can talk about my understanding of this issue from my own experience.

First of all, whether it is a big company or a small company, recruiting talents or forming a team will undoubtedly choose the best people. Some bosses or experienced people say that the right is the best. In other words, talents don't have to be tall, suitable for jobs, and suitable for the development stage of the company is the most important. This sentence is true, but we only understand half of it, that is, under almost suitable circumstances, the company will give priority to people with better backgrounds. The outstanding students here, under the influence of the tide of graduate students and returning from studying abroad all over the country, the employment competitiveness of domestic students has obviously decreased. Compared with the two, the company will still choose to have study abroad experience.

There is a simple reason. First, foreign teaching mode and life mode cultivate students' relatively independent problem-solving ability, which is very valuable for both large and small enterprises. As the saying goes, "it is better to fill the duck for ten years than to think independently for one year." The first concern of enterprises is culturability and business ability. Excellent companies (no matter how big or small) never have pure executive screws, but they will be an internal entrepreneurial system, and each position will play a creative role. International students have relatively more advantages in this respect. To understand this problem clearly, we must analyze it from the buyer's market. As long as this person's ability can better meet the needs of the company, as long as the company's salary can be paid, the company will definitely choose someone with better conditions. Because excellent talents mean elite team culture, strong talent attraction, efficient decision-making and implementation, and low management and operation costs. If a job can be solved by one person, the company would rather pay ten people to handle it than hire ten people to do it.

Secondly, it's really a matter of face. However, the face problem of enterprises is different from that of individuals, and it will be related to the external publicity, talent recruitment, diversity of business commitments and corporate image of enterprises. Although some students who have returned from studying abroad have a bad style, most of them are of high quality and will behave appropriately in business occasions and communication and negotiation. In the talent structure of an enterprise, if the proportion of foreign students is relatively high, it will also have great attraction for subsequent entrants, forming a positive circular logic of the company's talent team. As for the necessary occasions, such as English communication, needless to say, is also of practical value to the company.
