Residential buildings include any post-war residential buildings, uncompleted private residential buildings, pre-war residential buildings that are not subject to rent management or self-occupation, buildings built on balconies with the permission of building supervisors, houses used for residential purposes and small houses. If the relevant business has been sold for more than 24 months, the applicant must provide evidence; For example, the owner of the Land Registry will record copies of documents for reference.

8. The total monthly income and current net assets of the applicant and his family members shall not exceed the maximum income and net assets stipulated by the Housing Authority, which will be revised annually. When the staff of the Housing Department make an appointment, the salaried applicant must declare the total household income and submit the salary certificate designated by the Housing Authority. Self-employed applicants and family members are required to provide relevant documents, such as business registration certificate (original and photocopy), business statement, loss statement, balance sheet, tax return, receipts and accounts, etc. for easy reference.

9. Applicants and their family members are required to declare assets-

Land (including land owned by Xianggang and other places);

(2) Real estate (including residential, commercial and industrial houses, parking spaces and real estate that have been completed and pre-sold outside Xianggang and Xianggang);

(iii) Vehicles (including private and commercial vehicles);

10. New applications from the whole family of public housing tenants will not be accepted.
