Is the Greek Sea of Love a visa on arrival?

Greece is not a visa on arrival.

Greece is a member of the European Union and Schengen Group. To travel to Greece, you can apply for a Schengen visa issued by the Greek government, or you can go directly with a Schengen visa issued by other countries. For example, if you have obtained a Schengen visa from Austria, you don't need to apply for another visa to go to Greece within the validity period of the visa.

Aegean Sea is a sea between Greece and Turkey, with many islands. Aegean tourism can start from Greece or Turkey (but a separate visa is required because Turkey is not a Schengen country).

Little knowledge-Schengen:

Schengen is a small town at the southeast end of Luxembourg. 1985, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg signed a treaty to gradually cancel the border inspection here, which is the so-called Schengen Agreement. The countries that join the treaty are Schengen countries or Schengen treaty countries, and all member countries are also called Schengen area. The visa for Schengen countries is a Schengen visa. The treaty came into full force in July 1995. The purpose of the Schengen Treaty is to cancel the border checkpoints between them and coordinate the border control outside the Schengen area. That is, the border control between member States will be abolished, and people holding valid identity cards or visas of any member state can move freely within the territory of all member States. According to the treaty, a valid visa for any country is recognized by all other member States. If a tourist holds a Schengen visa from one of the countries, he can legally travel to all other Schengen countries without another visa. In other words, the borders between Schengen countries are open.

At present, there are 26 Schengen countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
