How to apply for a family visa in Dubai
First of all, you need to notarize the marriage certificate and the relatives of your children. After being fair, it needs to be stamped at the Foreign Affairs Office of your province and sent to Shanghai or Beijing for certification by the UAE Embassy in Dubai. Wait until the certification is completed. Send the original to your husband.
Your husband needs to go to the UAE Foreign Affairs Office to stamp both of your documents. Then apply for a visa.
The visa application documents require the following:
Notarized marriage certificate
Notarized certificate of kinship between children
Your husband’s labor contract salary requirements Minimum AED 4,000, bank statement required (local bank statement required). Bill details for the latest three months
Your husband’s housing contract (the housing contract requires Ejari registration, the registration fee is 195 dirhams)
Scanned copies of your passports
Two one-inch photos
Then go to a printing shop to print the visa form. The cost seems to be 750 dirhams per person (I forgot the exact amount, basic printing shops have this service, you need to print out the form before you can go to the Immigration Bureau to apply)
Then go to the Immigration Bureau to apply for a visa. The visa is issued for 3 months. After you and your children come here, you will need to undergo a physical examination. If you pass the physical examination, you will then go to the Immigration Bureau to apply for stickers.
