King Brunei is said to be descended from the Han nationality.

Contemporary Brunei was formed by China forces led by Mahemosa, Sultan of Boni, and Huang Ping, an immigrant from Fujian. Up to now, Brunei still has the so-called "Huang Bing General Cemetery". But he seems to have never been a king.

Han people do not recognize blood, but recognize culture. Brunei does not use Chinese characters, practices China culture and has nothing to do with the Han nationality.
