Procedures for handling Portuguese immigrants

1, sign service and investment contracts; 2. Apply for a visa to Portugal; 3. Go to Portugal to buy real estate; 4. Obtain real estate license and register; 5. Obtain multiple entry visas within six months to apply for residence permit; 6. Obtain a one-year residence permit; 7. Log in to Portugal one year later to renew the residence permit for two years; 8. After two years, log in to Portugal to renew the residence permit for two years; 9. Landing in Portugal five years later and applying for a permanent residence permit.

Different conditions for foreign citizens to enter Portugal depend on their entry reasons and stay time. Foreign citizens who stay for a short time must meet the requirements of the Schengen Agreement. Long-term residence of more than three months must meet the conditions stipulated by the current laws of Portugal.
