Livestock and poultry breeding, towns, cities, public facilities and independent industrial and mining land are generally used by sideline units or enterprises, and the compensation standard is determined according to the relocation plan: relocation according to the new site type and compensation according to the adjacent land type.

Land compensation subsidy standard: the compensation subsidy standard is calculated according to the mu output value and compensation subsidy multiple of all kinds of land, and the forest compensation fee is calculated separately for forest land.

2. Young crops compensation

The compensation fee for young crops in irrigated land and dry land is half of the annual output value, one-third of the annual output value for general vegetable fields, half of the annual output value for garden fields, half of the annual output value for pasture lands and one-third of the annual output value for aquaculture water surfaces.

3. Forest compensation

The forest compensation fee for forest land is calculated according to the initial batch 1493 yuan/mu, and the compensation fee for other forest land is calculated according to the initial batch 1736 yuan/mu.
