1. Admission notice from American institutions, I- 20 form with my information and SEVIS number.

2. A receipt to prove that you have joined SEVIS and paid the fee.

3. Information and supporting materials on tuition fees, living expenses and other payment methods listed in the I-20 form.

4. The original transcripts issued by the school recently and the certified translation.

5. Entrance examination or examination results.
