Why do elites emigrate?

First, China citizens who studied abroad in their early years and obtained degrees and jobs in foreign universities, scientific research institutions, companies or government departments feel that they seem to have more development opportunities in their own fields or prefer their familiar cultural environment.

Second, entrepreneurs from Taiwan Province and Hongkong took a fancy to the profit opportunities or local preferential policies in Chinese mainland.
