Can I apply for immigration locally after going abroad?

After going abroad, you can apply for immigration locally. In recent years, the Ministry of Public Security has issued an announcement, and since July 20 13/day, measures have been implemented to facilitate and benefit residents of non-registered places to apply for entry and exit documents nearby. Eligible personnel may submit applications for ordinary passports, travel permits to and from Taiwan and endorsements to the exit-entry administration agencies of relevant local public security organs with the application materials and relevant certification materials as prescribed by laws and regulations.
