Wang Zaixing’s biography

Wang Zaixing was born in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province in June 1952. His ancestral home is Jiexi County, Guangdong Province. He graduated from Beijing Zizi University majoring in economics and management with a college education. He is currently the chairman of the board of directors of Hong Kong Haode Group. At the same time, he served as vice president of the China Guangcai Enterprise Promotion Association, member of the Standing Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and other social positions, and was elected as a member of the 11th and 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Wang Zaixing started working as a salesman in 1968; he started doing business in 1982 and successively founded a foundry, steel plant, hot-dip galvanizing (aluminum) plant, transportation team, etc. in Jiangxi Province. It also contracted and operated the state-owned enterprise Gannan Chemical Plant and invested in the construction of the first Sino-foreign joint venture highway in Jiangxi Province. In addition, it also invested and established enterprises in Hainan, Shenzhen, Shantou and Guangzhou. In 1996, he founded Hong Kong Haode Group Co., Ltd. and served as the chairman of the board of directors. Since then, he has started investing in domestic large-scale logistics center market construction, road and bridge construction, municipal construction, bioengineering, financial investment and other business activities. Mr. Wang Zaixing has been committed to contacting Chinese and overseas Chinese from all over the country for many years to contribute to domestic economic development. He immigrated to Hong Kong in 1995 and served as the chairman of the board of directors of Hong Kong Malida (China) Development Co., Ltd. From 1996 to the present, he serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Hong Kong Haode Group Co., Ltd. .

In April 2004, he won the Guangcai Career Award from Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, Henan Province, Jiangxi Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the country. Won the "People Will Not Forget" medal issued by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Wang Zaixing won the honorary title of "Top Ten Caring People" in Jiangxi Province.
