Ways and Conditions of Korean Immigrants in 2020

Mode 1:

If you have immediate family members living in Korea and have a Korean green card, you can almost get a Korean green card as long as you pass the Korean citizenship exam. The naturalization test in Korea mainly includes some basic information such as Korean culture, history, geography and life.

Mode 2:

Every generation born in Korea or relatives of Koreans (such as grandparents, grandparents) can get the Korean green card directly.

Mode 3:

International marriage. You can get a Korean green card if you marry a Korean partner for three years or have children after marriage.

Mode 4:

Working in Korea, holding a regular residence and work visa in Korea, and working in Korea for more than 5 years, you can apply for a green card in Korea.

Mode 5:

If you buy a property with a total price of more than 500 million won (about 3.075 million RMB) in Jeju Island, South Korea, you can get the qualification equivalent to investment immigration and get a green card of Korean nationality, and you don't need an exam.

Applicant's conditions:

1. As the spouse of a Korean national or a person with permanent residency in Korea, he has lived in Korea for more than two years with an F2 visa.

2. Minor children under the age of 20 who have permanent residency in Korea.

3. Foreign spouses of Korean nationals who hold F2 visas and have lived in Korea for more than two years can apply as follows:

4. Spouses of F5 visa holders who have stayed in Korea for more than two years with F2 visas can apply for the following conditions:

Information to be provided in each case:

3. Spouse's household registration and resident's login.

4. Property-related certification materials are as follows:

Proof of deposit of more than 300,000 yuan in the name of myself or my cohabiting family, real estate registration book, copy of annual rental contract, employment certificate of myself or my spouse and other materials that can prove a certain income.
