Standards for transferring from Shaoguan Renhua Hongshan to Xintang Town, Zengcheng District

The following conditions are required for primary school students to transfer school status across cities:

1. Current students are allowed to transfer due to their home address relocation.

2. Primary school students are not allowed to transfer within the school district. To transfer across school districts, parents must submit an application to the school. After review by the school and approval by the superior student registration department, the parent transfer certificate, household registration transfer certificate, student registration file, and a letter of introduction from the student registration department must be submitted to the student registration department in the place of transfer to handle the transfer. After agreeing to accept the application, the department in charge of the transfer place will issue a "Letter of Approval for Transfer". Parents should bring the letter to the school where they are transferring to get a transfer certificate. The "Letter of Agree to Transfer" will be deposited in the compulsory education files at the place of transfer. Elementary schools must accept transfer students who move to live within the school's service area. Students are generally not allowed to transfer to other schools while they are being punished.

3. Children of military personnel, demobilized military cadres, children of retired cadres who have been transferred to local places, and children of overseas Chinese and martyrs should abide by relevant regulations and make appropriate arrangements when they transfer to another school.

4. The school generally does not accept loan students. However, students whose parents have worked abroad for more than one year or whose parents support frontier construction may be allowed to study at the school where their relatives are located. If both spouses are engaged in field work or are relatively mobile workers, they may be allowed to study at the school where their relatives are located. If a couple is engaged in field work or is a highly mobile worker, and their children need to study abroad at the place where they temporarily work, this must be negotiated between the employer and the school's superior student registration department.

5. Students who request to borrow from a school should go to the accepting school and the student registration department to complete the borrowing procedures with certificates from their parents’ workplaces and original schools, as well as household registers of relatives in the place where the student is borrowing.

6. If an enrolled student goes to study abroad, his/her student status will be retained by the original school; the school where the student is registered will issue a graduation certificate.

Procedures for primary school students to transfer their school status:

1. After communicating with and agreeing to the transfer school, parents should fill in the "Transfer Application Form" and submit it to the transfer school.

2. Parents provide the transfer school with the household registration booklet, reason for transfer and relevant documents (such as parents’ work transfer order, job transfer certificate, real estate certificate, etc.).

3. The transfer school will issue a "Transfer Acceptance Receipt" to the parents.

4. After the transfer school communicates and agrees with the other school, it will be reported and reviewed in the online student status management system.

5. The transferring school will issue a "Transfer Processing Notice" to the parents of the student, and inform the parents to contact the transferring school and the competent education bureau to handle the online review (agreement) and transfer of student status files.

6. Bring the "Transfer Application Form" to the school you are transferring to and go to the competent education bureau to go through the online review procedures.
