When students apply for the identification of family financial difficulties, they must submit the "Questionnaire on Students and Families in Colleges and Universities" stamped by the township (town) or street civil affairs department where the family is located to prove the family economic situation. The more complete the certification materials, the better, so that relevant departments can conduct comprehensive qualification certification.
