Xihua town (village) is like a colorful cloud floating in the sky.

? 1at the end of 988, I was promoted from the post of deputy section chief of the economic department of the procuratorate to the post of head of Xiaoshentou Township. In July of the following year, I went to Xihua Town Village, 40 miles away from my hometown government.

The registered population of Xihua Town Village is less than 600, and they live in three natural villages: Miaodi, Zhuangshang and Xihua Town. The distance between villages is Wuhuali. The average altitude here is more than 2300 meters, the annual frost-free period is only over 70 days, and the average temperature is less than six degrees. Although it is deep in the mountains, the terrain between the peaks is open and undulating, and it is foggy all year round, and the snow on the top of the mountain does not melt all year round. There are a large area of subalpine meadows on the skyline, gurgling streams that don't dry up all the year round between gullies, and winding roads for chariots and horses that are crushed by people and cars. Looking up, there are green spruce forests as far as the eye can see.

? The climate and vegetation conditions in Xihua Town are suitable for raising horses and grazing, and oil crops such as potatoes and oats can also be planted. Every June and July, rape flowers, potato flowers and naked wheat ears are planted in a latitude, and then bloom with hundreds of wild flowers. It's really beautiful and colorful. Red, yellow, blue, green and purple are colorful and beautiful. There are blue sky, white clouds, cattle and sheep, fine horses, mountain flowers and spruce here, just like a fairy tale world. The whole village is like a colorful cloud floating in the sky, and it is a pure and natural holy land.

? Most people who live here are Pingyao people. They come here to farm, graze and raise livestock in spring, and many people go back to their hometown in Pingyao for the winter. There are not many varieties of crops cultivated, and they are all arranged on a contour line according to climatic conditions. This is why there are not many crops that are arranged like lines and sown neatly. Infinite subalpine meadows under spruce trees compete to breed? There are countless horses on the grass, wagging their tails to eat grass, running together and frolicking with each other. Countless white sheep are scattered on several hillsides in droves, with loose hooves, surrounded by each other, moving slowly and eating grass. Below the grass are rape flowers all over the mountains. The yellow flowers are swaying in the wind, and the purple potato flowers are domineering and open, showing no weakness. At first glance, the scene is very big. Standing anywhere on the mountain, you can see a spectacular panorama. Colorful, the picture is shocking and the scenery is infinitely good! Being in it, you will be amazed and excited by the wonders of nature and the magical creation of workers. Even those painters in higher art schools in the world can't draw such beautiful pictures. It's really beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, stunning, and beautiful. Beauty is static and dynamic, far and near, and heaven and earth are so harmonious and natural that it is impeccable. There is also the goal of Wenshui military airport on the top of the mountain. It is a leaning tower made of silver-aluminum alloy, which shines in the sun.

Thirty years ago, the road in Qianjin Village was bumpy and winding, and the mountain was blocked by heavy snow for half a year, so people had to walk for half a day to get in. I have only been to Xiaoshen for the first three times in two years, and of course I have to stay for a few days. Every time there is a feeling of being in a paradise. Some people travel in a world of scrolls, and there is an artistic conception that paintings float with people. Today, 30 years later, I still keep this impression, cherish it and solidify it in the depths of my memory. In my spare time, I will mobilize, browse the pictures and enjoy it alone.

? I also miss Ma, the then branch secretary, Liu Guan, the accountant (deceased) and Huo Desheng, the assistant of the township family planning office. It was they who stayed with me in Xihua Town day and night 30 years ago and accompanied me to the fairyland-like mountains and rivers.
