What are the special skills of immigrants with special skills?

Outstanding achievements in science, art, education, business or sports.

Special skills can be proved by winning internationally recognized awards (such as Nobel Prize and Oscar Prize). If you haven't won such an award, you must have at least the following three evidences to prove your special talent.

1) Proof of national awards (not necessarily American) or internationally recognized awards obtained for outstanding achievements in their own fields;

2) Require members of professional associations whose members have made outstanding achievements to prove that the professional association has been recognized by international or domestic experts in the same field;

(3) Reports of the foreigner and his related work in professional publications or major media;

4) Proof of having reviewed the work of others in their field (such as the audit committee);

5) Proof of academic research or artistic originality, and the contribution of unique inventions made in its field;

6) Proof of publishing papers in international or academic journals;

7) Proof of exhibiting works in art exhibitions above the national level;

8) Proof of being the main leader or playing a key role in the working organization;

9) The salary of candidates is much higher than that of their peers;

10) Proof of commercial success of performing arts, such as box office receipts, tape, CD or video sales.
