This country is not visa-free.
According to inquiries from the China Consular Service Network, China and Palau have no diplomatic relations. Palau implements a visa-on-arrival system.

If they need to extend their stay after entry, they must apply to the Immigration Bureau for an extension at least 7 days in advance. It can be extended up to two times, each time for 30 days, and a handling fee of US$50 is required each time.
