On the basis of summing up the successful experience in the construction of Maolingou immigrant village, around the goal of "starting in one year, taking shape in two years, improving in three years, and making great achievements in five years", the demonstration project of promoting the construction of new countryside in the whole town was vigorously implemented through the organic combination of rebuilding homes, poverty alleviation and development, rural tourism development and alpine immigrants. In 2008, Taipingba Township has completed 167 new and old houses of 30,000 square meters, and added hardened town street14,500 square meters. Supporting facilities such as paving colored bricks, lighting, greening, drinking water, and power grid transformation in Xinchang Town will also be completed by the end of 10, and a new alpine city with complete facilities and beautiful environment will rise from the ground.
