Brief introduction of wucheng town

Wucheng town is located in the northeast of Yongxiu County, Jiangxi Province, west branch of Poyang Lake, 33km away from Yongxiu County, 90km away from Nanchang City and 120km away from Jiujiang City. The town covers an area of 368 square kilometers with a population of 1.5 million. It has jurisdiction over 5 administrative villages, 1 aquaculture farm, 1 fishing team, 1 immigrant community and 1 neighborhood committee, and 9 village-level units. Wucheng town has a long history of nearly 2,000 years and profound cultural heritage.
