Materials needed to apply for a Turkish visa

Legal analysis: 1. Application form for entry and exit documents of China citizens (to be filled in as required)

2. My recent photo (size 48X33mm, front, bareheaded, blue background, color)

3. My resident ID card or resident temporary id card (original and photocopy, 16 years old, not required).

4. Written report of loss (stating that all disputes caused by the loss of Hong Kong and Macao Pass shall be borne by me). )

5. Opinions of the work unit (only the registered personnel of state organs, leaders of state-owned enterprises and staff of banking and finance departments are required)

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration. Citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region, and citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and Taiwan Province Province shall apply for a permit according to law and abide by the relevant provisions of this Law. Specific management measures shall be formulated by the State Council.
