I. Access control

1. The hospital implements entrance and exit control, closes the entrance of Xinma Road and Yi Shi Road, and all pedestrians and vehicles enter the campus from the entrance of the hospital electric road.

2. Persons who intend to enter the hospital area must wear masks without exhalation valves correctly, show their personal dynamic "Su Kang code" at the entrance of the passage, and accept temperature detection.

3. If the "Su Kang code" cannot be displayed on the mobile phone, please go to the dedicated channel without Su Kang code, and the staff will help check the "Su Kang code" and take the temperature test.

4. In the past 14 days, if you have lived in a low-risk area with medium and high-risk epidemic situation, please issue a valid negative certificate of nucleic acid detection or a dynamic "Sukang code" containing the valid certificate.

5. "Su Kang Code" is a yellow code, and people without medical needs are not allowed to enter the hospital area. Patients with "Su Kang Code" and "Yellow Code" who need medical treatment should obey the arrangement of triage personnel.

Second, outpatient service

The hospital implements the system of full appointment and time-sharing real-name medical treatment.

3. See a doctor according to the time real name registration system.

Please bring your personal ID card and medical insurance card to the clinic to get the number 30 minutes in advance according to the appointment time. After getting the number, please sign in at the corresponding waiting nurse station, show your personal dynamic "Su Kang code" and "trip code", re-measure your temperature, fill in the pre-inspection triage form, and wait for the call. Third, fever clinic.

Fourth, pre-examination and triage

1. When entering the hospital area, please wear a mask without a breathing valve correctly, prepare the personal dynamic "Su Kang code" and "travel code", and accept the temperature retest.

2. Patients engaged in the following high-risk occupations should take the initiative to inform the triage staff:

◆ Employees of international means of transport;

◆ Centralized isolation of staff in medical observation places;

3. Patients with the following epidemiological history and contact history must take the initiative to inform the triage staff and take them to the fever clinic by special personnel:

Ward strictly implements 24-hour access control, and implements the principle of not visiting unless necessary. Because of illness, treatment and other special circumstances, it is necessary to contact and communicate with family members about the illness. The sickbed doctor will contact the staff at the entrance of the inpatient department to register the basic information of the family members, and the family members will show their personal dynamic "Su Kang code" and "trip code" as green codes to pass through the gate. In principle, the time will be arranged after 10 in the morning and 15 in the afternoon.

Visitors should be screened by the nurse in charge of the ward. They have no epidemiological history, fever or COVID-19-related symptoms. They should wear masks correctly and display the personal dynamic "Su Kang Code" and "Travel Code" as green codes. Visitors can enter the ward only after registration, and leave the ward immediately after communication.

Patients and caregivers should strengthen personal protection, wear masks correctly, do a good job in hand hygiene and open windows for ventilation, and must not leave the hospital during hospitalization.

Six, "willing to check all" nucleic acid detection

The hospital has set up a "willing to check all" nucleic acid sampling point, and COVID-19 nucleic acid sampling can be completed without entering the hospital area. The notice is as follows:
