What should I do if I go abroad without criminal notarization and double certification?
The three-level procedure of notarization of proof of no crime abroad is completed in China. Documents requiring authentication are submitted to China Notary Office for notarization, notarized documents are submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China for diplomatic authentication, and finally certified documents are submitted to foreign embassies in China for authentication. The whole certification process takes 15 working days.
