Can people with criminal records immigrate to the United States?

According to the different countries of immigration, the policies are different.

For example, in the United States, the American Immigration and Nationality Act lists two kinds of criminal records that will result in a person not being allowed to enter the United States. One is the crime of moral corruption (CIMT). Anti-social morality refers to the wrong, despicable and degenerate behavior measured by general social standards, such as theft, fraud, personal injury and so on. The second is drug crimes. This includes violating any laws or regulations related to controlled drugs.
