Why do many people choose to return to China to start a business instead of going abroad?

There are many reasons for this problem, which are listed as follows

1. Project Source: Generally speaking, projects that want to start a business are unfamiliar to the target market. It is more difficult to find a novel project abroad than to find a mature but relatively novel project abroad in the domestic market.

2. Start-up capital: Any venture capital needs human resources. The cost of human resources abroad is much higher than that at home. At home, as long as there is investment in hardware facilities, most of the project costs will be solved, and the cost of human resources abroad is also a huge expense. The difference between the total starting investment of a project in the two places is not calculated as a percentage, but as a multiple. Therefore, in terms of return on investment, many projects are feasible at home, but not abroad at all.

3. Market: The domestic market is a growing market, and most foreign markets are saturated. It is much easier to enter the growth market than the saturated market.

4. Commercial operation: Most entrepreneurs who return to China are in the technical field, and most of them don't have much commercial operation experience. However, the management of domestic enterprises is mostly irregular and there is no truly advanced business philosophy. Most people also learn by doing. Therefore, it is much easier to compete with these domestic entrepreneurs at home than with foreign mature enterprises with advanced management.

Of course, there are other reasons, but I think the above are the main ones.
