What does the petition office manage?

The Unit is responsible for the following:

1. Accept, register, assign, supervise and answer letters and visits from the masses, and ensure that the problems reflected by the masses are properly handled in time.

2, reflect the important suggestions, opinions and problems put forward in the letters and calls to the municipal government, and provide important reference for government decision-making.

3. Comprehensively judge the situation of letters and visits, carry out investigation and research, and provide a basis for improving work and perfecting policies.
