Can my niece move into my aunt’s household registration?

The niece cannot move into the aunt’s household registration. The niece can only move to her aunt's house through a permanent residence. Immediate relatives are required to move in. The aunt is not a direct relative. If the household registration is registered at the home of a relative or friend, the registered person shall apply to the police station of the place of relocation. For registration within the district or county, the applicant shall go to the police station of the place of relocation to handle the relocation procedures with the approval certificate of the police station of the place of relocation, personal household registration booklet, and ID card.
