(2) For close contacts who are currently in centralized isolation and meet the conditions for home isolation, they can return to their place of residence in a "point-to-point" closed loop for subsequent home isolation medical observation.

(3) If the city does not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, centralized isolation medical observation will be implemented.

2. Optimize and adjust the prevention and control measures for people coming to and returning to Shanghai

(1) Cancellation of the requirement that people coming and returning to Shanghai need to apply for the "Service for People Coming to and Returning to Shanghai" before arriving in Shanghai The mini program requires you to fill in relevant information and promptly report to the village committee and unit (or hotel where you are staying) after arriving in Shanghai.

(2) After arriving in Shanghai, people coming to and returning from Shanghai will no longer be subject to "landing inspection", "three inspections in three days" and "one roll-on nucleic acid test on the 5th day"; no "landing inspection" will be carried out "Three inspections in three days" will no longer be assigned a yellow code to the "Sui Shen Code".
