Article 97 The spring and autumn uniforms are generally worn in the spring and autumn. In summer, it is not convenient to wear formal clothes, and in winter, the garrison in the southern region can wear uniform clothes according to the actual situation. When naval soldiers wear uniforms in the Spring and Autumn Period, units at or above the division level shall determine the uniform of white or navy uniforms.

When wearing a winter uniform or a winter uniform coat, you usually wear a big hat (roll hat). According to the actual needs, units at or above the regimental level may decide to wear winter hats.
When wearing official clothes, you can wear a standard scarf.
