Is Sanming in western or central Fujian?

Sanming City is located in the northwest of Fujian Province, and its nine counties, one city and two districts were once subordinate to Nanping, Longyan, Quanzhou, Fuzhou and Fuzhou in Jiangxi Province. Therefore, it is not objective to simply count Sanming as northern Fujian, western Fujian and central Fujian.

If divided from the perspective of dialects:

Sanming City, Shaxian County and Yong 'an are in the middle of Fujian Province (Sanming City, because of immigration, hardly uses the central Fujian dialect and speaks Mandarin).

Datian is a Minnan language.

Youxi is in the east of Fujian.

Jiangle, Taining, Jianning and Mingxi are all in northern Fujian (this part is controversial, because the local area is in the transitional area between Hakka dialect and northern Fujian dialect, so it is difficult to say clearly that the local area belongs to a certain area, but it is generally related to northern Fujian dialect)

Ninghua and Liu Qing are western Fujian (Hakka)
