Does the manhole in Otog Banner belong to Mukennol Town?

Well, there used to be two towns and seven townships in Otog Banner, and the flag government was in Wulan Town. Later, villages and towns merged, and Shajing and Mukennao merged into one town, called Mukennao Town (because Mukennao is an old revolutionary base area, this title was retained). The town government is located in the manhole. Kennau, a log, seems to be called Mukennau Township, but people are used to calling it manhole and Mukennau.

It is not clear whether Shenhua Group is requisitioning land. However, the immigration policy there has a long history. Of course, I mean the log kennel, that's all I know.
