Most American presidents are descendants of the British, but there are also some people from other backgrounds.

Main Dutch origin: Martin Van Buren.

Although both theodore roosevelt and franklin roosevelt have Dutch surnames (Roosevelt), they are only a quarter of Dutch descent (grandfather). T-Bag's grandmother, grandfather and grandmother are all from northern England. Franklin's three grandparents were Puritans.
