After the completion of the Three Gorges Project, the funds will be paid in one lump sum for a short time. According to the spirit of the document "Notice of Fujian Provincial Department of Finance and Provincial Department of Water Resources on Issuing the Follow-up Work Funds for the Central Three Gorges Project in 20021year in advance" (Min Nong Zhi [2020]103No.), the follow-up work funds for the Central Three Gorges Project in 20021year are now issued at 2.5 million yuan (see the annex for details). Relevant counties (cities, districts) should release funds in time for the construction projects with outstanding difficulties and problems in the production and life of the Three Gorges immigrant groups. It is strictly forbidden to link with the personal identity of immigrants and directly supplement individuals directly or in disguise. The implementation and management of the project should refer to the Measures for the Administration of Support Funds for the Resettlement of Large and Medium-sized Reservoirs, allocate funds according to the progress, strengthen the management, supervision and inspection of the use of funds, and improve the efficiency in the use of financial funds.
