Mudanjiang is a fifth-tier city, also known as Syracuse, which is the central city in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province. Located in the center of Northeast Asia Economic Circle, with the border line of 2 1 1 km with Russia, it governs 6 counties (cities) and 4 urban areas. Mudanjiang is an important strategic fulcrum of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor and the Longjiang Silk Road Belt, and it is also the bridgehead and hub station of China's opening along the border.

Mudanfeng Nature Reserve is located in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, with an area of 19468 hectares. 198/kloc-0 was established with the approval of the people's government of Heilongjiang province in/,and was promoted to the national level in 1994. The main protection object is Korean pine and broad-leaved mixed forest.

Zi Ling Lake is located five kilometers upstream of Jingbo Lake, between Diaoshuilou Waterfall and the underground forest of the crater, with a lake area of 530,000 square meters. It is the largest preserved volcanic wetland lake in China. The hard slate strata and surrounding areas of Cuiping Mountain are not found in other wetlands. Zi Ling Lake has a unique ecological environment, integrating mountains, water, forests, grass, flowers and islands, attracting flocks of wild ducks, egrets, flower herons, old ladies, warblers, cuckoos, pheasants, quails and sparrows. Or spread your wings in the air, or swim in the lake. This is a quiet and harmonious fairyland, and the water is better than the island's charming tourist resort. The water temperature here is low, especially suitable for the growth of cold-water fish-rainbow trout. The growth cycle of fish in the lake is generally longer than that in other lakes, so the fish here are fresh, tender and delicious, which is different from others.

Mudanjiang Jiang Bin Park

Jiang Bin Park in Mudanjiang City was established on 1983 with the approval of the municipal government according to the requirements of the overall urban planning. Located in Mudanjiang City, it starts from the old power plant in the east and ends at Mudanjiang Bridge in the west, with a total length of 2,500 meters. It belongs to a strip-shaped open park. The planned Jiang Bin Park covers an area of 26 hectares with a water area of 76 hectares.
